Membership Information
Anyone who lives or works in Council Bluffs or Pottawattamie County is eligible for membership under United Credit Union's state charter.

Originally only Council Bluffs City Employees and Pottawattamie County Employees were eligible for membership.  Over the years, other employers...including Mercy Hospital, Council Bluffs Schools and Catholic Parish members in Council Bluffs - were taken into full membership.

How to Join
Joining the credit union is easy.  Just fill out a simple membership card and make a minimum $25 deposit in you regular share savings account.

Your credit union membership may be continued for life, even if you move, change employment, or retire.

Remember - once you're a member, you're always a member!
